Pamela Morgan has enjoyed calling Seal Beach her home for over twenty years. Besides the wonderful lifestyle it offers her personally, she finds great reward in helping clients discover the beauty and amenities of the area as a local real estate agent.
As a realtor, Pamela prides herself on always having her clients’ best interests at heart when helping them buy or sell a home. “This process can be very exciting but also overwhelming, difficult to navigate and riddled with details,” she says. “My approach is simple – I listen to my client’s needs, collaborate with them, and then guide them through every step of the buying or selling process. I also pride myself on empowering my clients with knowledge and confidence so that they feel good throughout the process.”
Specializing in the Seal Beach, Long Beach, Huntington Beach and Sunset Beach communities, Pamela works with a diverse clientele including first-time home buyers and sellers. She has a passion for assisting people with life-changing decisions and by nature is enthusiastic, tenacious and a lot of fun to work with!
Originally from Rochester, NY, Pamela moved to Seal Beach 20 years ago and opened one of the first women’s only fitness center in Southern California called Tru II Form. She is also a certified personal trainer and a former competitive athlete so she is well schooled in the art of setting goals and working towards achieving dreams.
Pamela lives in Sunset Beach with her two rescues – Chesapeake, the “heeler” (a breed formally known as the Australian cattle dog) and Hercules, the “borador” (a mix of border collie and Labrador retriever). She enjoys kayaking and stand up paddle boarding on the canal, cycling along the coast, and spending time with her parents and siblings who all live in the adjoining beach communities.
